With two 204’ tunnels, Wiggy Wash opened its doors in 2016 as the largest car wash in America. Three years later, they're still getting recognition from industry media and being hailed for establishing best practices in express exterior maintenance.
Wiggy Wash adopted Jolt only six months ago at their Orem location as a trial. That same month they expanded it to all their other washes.
General Manager Brad Hailstone quickly understood the advantages the software provided his business. He went to work creating checklists, leveraging some of Jolt's best features to ensure employees completed tasks the right way. He used photos to ensure all liquids are topped off properly, and put QR codes on equipment to make sure maintenance checks were being done in person.
Jolt gave Brad instant oversight of across Wiggy Wash’s four locations. Not only can he see that employees are executing tasks properly, but Jolt’s lifetime data storage means he can access maintenance records from anywhere.
Brad’s personal favorite feature? Getting notified when something falls through the cracks. Jolt uses customizable email and text notifications when tasks are past due, meaning he's always in the loop.
"We're constantly testing and adjusting...looking for new ways to add value for our customers," says owner, Josh Wignall.
